Former Rangers player Amad Diallo is said to be ‘open’ to another loan move akin to his time at Ibrox.
The young Ivorian spent last season on loan from Manchester United at the Light Blues, but has struggled to find consistent game time.
Diallo hailed as a smart acquisition in the January window for Giovanni Van Bronckhorst’s men, but made a total of nine appearances for Rangers in the league, starting just twice, but scoring three goals.
The Dutch boss had not previously ruled out another move for Amad, but he ended up returning to Old Trafford last month.
But he can move again, with Norwegian journalist Fredrik Filtvedt reported that he was ‘ready’ to lend.
He said: “Amad Diallo of course wants play time and is ready for another loan.
“Conversation with Ten Hag, but nothing has been decided yet.”
Diallo left Rangers with a Scottish Cup championship medal, with an uncertain future for the winger.
United hit the prospect in 2020 for £37m from Serie A’s Atalanta, with that fee said to have risen with add-ons.
