Rangnick praises Fred and McTominay
In a recent exchange, Fred admitted that he felt that Manchester United’s appointment of manager Ralf Rangnick to the interim position was a strange decision. Commenting on these statements, Gabriel Agbonlahor advised the Brazilian star to be silent.
Talking to talkSPORT before the epic battle between Man Utd and Atletico Madrid, the former Premier League striker shared (quoted by Metro):
“Just shut up and keep performing well on the pitch. I don’t get it, you put on a great performance against Leeds, beat Leeds, and you have a big game tonight.”

Agbonlahor criticizes Fred.
“Stop talking and keep your head down, finish your recovery and fly to Madrid, why are these players talking so much? I don’t understand.”
“If you speak, then talk about the game against Atletico Madrid, where do you want to go in the Champions League. Stop talking about unnecessary things.”
“Fred came on against Leeds and he was brilliant. Change the game, get the goal – wait for the next game. Just come out tonight and show that performance again, you no need to comment on certain things.”
“Leave that to the higher-ups, or the captain of Manchester United, who can come out and talk about it at the end of the season.”
